Jun Su, a seasoned and accomplished digital and technology executive, is the President of J.D. Power China. In this role, Jun oversees the company’s business operation and growth strategies in China, with a focus on digitalization, breakthrough innovation and growth. 

Jun Su joins J.D. Power from Pactera Technology, a leading China-based global information technology service company, where he served various roles, including EVP of the business unit and President of Global Delivery and Practice Development. At Pactera, he has successfully built a cloud team, and set up an automotive division which specializes in the development of in-vehicle human-machine interfaces. Jun was also one of the founding leaders of Pactera’s international business, building up the business of 7,500 members spread out in five continents.  Prior to Pactera, Jun Su had been with Hewlett-Packard for around 14 years, taking various technology, sales and management roles in the U.S., China and Asia Pacific region.

Jun Su holds a bachelor’s degree of physics from the prestigious University of Science and Technology of China, and a master’s degree in computer science from Brigham Young University in the U.S.

Elvis Yang is the Managing Director of Auto Product Practice at J.D. Power China. In this role, Yang is responsible for the business growth in the fields of intelligent and electric vehicle. He also focuses on the transformation and upgrading of the current auto product consulting business, e.g., product development, vehicle evaluation and quality improvement.

Elvis Yang has over 19 years management experiences in the market research and consulting industry. Yang joins J.D. Power from M-Brain Group, a leading global provider of competitive and market intelligence software and service solutions, where he served as Managing Director of Asia. Prior to that, Yang worked with TBM Consulting Group as Director.

Prior to TBM Consulting Group, Elvis Yang had worked with BMGI China for around 11 years, successively taking roles as Sales Director and Deputy Managing Director. BMGI is a global management consulting firm specializing in the application of OPEX approaches to business performance improvement.

Elvis Yang holds a bachelor’s degree of Computer Science from Nanjing Institute of Navy Electrical Engineering, and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Fudan University.

Edward Wang is the managing director of J.D. Power’s global research operations division based in Shanghai, China. He oversees the company’s syndicated studies in China, responsible for the design, execution and delivery of research values to clients for the concerned studies. 

Edward has over 20 years experiences in the market research industry. Prior to first joined J.D. Power in 2013, Edward worked in several multinational market research and services organizations as research director, China business manager and APAC general manager, dedicated to help businesses to understand customer needs and achieve market success.  

Edward deeply understands the market research methodology and operational practices in the Chinese market, combined with the unique know-how and expertise of J.D. Power, he ensures the delivery of more valuable action-oriented research insights and advice. 

Edward received both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in economics from the Beijing Jiaotong University and an EMBA diploma from the Washington University in St. Louis.

Ann Xie joined J.D. Power in March 2014, and now serves as the managing director of Digital Retail Consulting Practice. She leads the team to provide solutions to improve the life cycle experience of customer and the profitability of automakers with the help of scientific algorithms and models. In addition, Xie works closely with the research team to explore the in-depth data value of J.D. Power syndicated research, to provide more valuable research and consulting services for automakers.

Ann Xie has more than 20 years market research and comprehensive management experience. Prior to J.D. Power, she focused on research and management for 15 years in a large research company, where she led the research team to successfully carry out a number of large cross-industry research projects and helped the company to expand the business scope, business type, and train a number of outstanding research talents.

Ann Xie holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.

Jiaying now is the managing director of Combined Proprietary Research Practice. She is in charge of all kinds of proprietary studies, including tracking, club research, mystery shopper, audit and different kinds of customized research in automotive industry.

Before joining J.D. Power, she worked in automotive market research industry for 10+ years. She is familiar with all kinds of quantitative and qualitative research. Her scope of work was focused on large-scale brand health tracking, consumer insight and market segmentation, product quality & advertisement evaluation and tracking, consumer feedback and satisfaction measurement. She has led and been involved in various automotive research, such as car clinics, product innovation and development research, feature evaluation and perceived value, customer sales and service satisfaction, advertising & concept evaluation, price check, brand health tracking research and multi-country / multi-client projects.

Jiaying joined J.D. Power in Aug. 2019. Before joining J.D. Power, she worked as a Research Director in another two global market research agencies, Nielsen, and Kantar (TNS).

Jiaying holds a Master & Bachelor degree in Statistics from National University of Singapore.
