The New Vehicle Intender Study (NVIS) utilizes demographic segmentation to optimize specific consumer target groups. It examines new vehicle purchase intenders’ awareness of and attitudes towards brands, their sources of information, the brands and models they intend to buy, the vehicle features they prefer and the key factors they consider when purchasing vehicles. It can help OEMs identify opportunities to strengthen the brand influence, come up with feasible solutions and therefore successfully attract target consumers to buy their vehicles.

In 2020, a product feature analysis based on future trends and customers’ expectations will be added in the NVIS.
