China New Vehicle Intender Study (NVIS)

The New Vehicle Intender Study (NVIS) provides insights into new vehicle purchase intenders’ awareness, perceptions, media used, and detailed purchase considerations regarding brands, models and features offered. These intenders should have specific plan to purchase a vehicle within 6 months.

In 2021, we will launch NVIS in 2 phases for the first time, meanwhile, we will emphasize features, especially advanced features‘ considerations among intenders. We hope the new NVIS can not only identifies clues and opportunities to strengthen the brand influence  but also help to better define OEMs’ product to meet the most real purchase needs of target group after getting a more comprehensive understanding of potential customers. In this way, OEMs can get actionable insights  to attract more purchasers to their brands and models. This study utilizes demographic segmentation for analysis of  consumer target groups.
