Dongfeng Peugeot received the highest numerical score in a tie among auto manufacturers in mass market of the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2014 China Customer Service Index (CSI) StudySM.  Study based on 16,928 new-vehicle owners who purchased their vehicles between February 2012 and May 2013, and examines 67 passenger vehicle brands.  Study results are based on experiences and perceptions of owners surveyed May-May 2014 from 46 cities in China.
