J.D. Power New Energy Vehicles Experience Index Study targets users who owns new energy vehicles for 2-6 months and covers their complete user experience during the pre-sales, sales, after-sales and product use process. At the new energy vehicle sales stage, the study examines key factors that influence the purchase of new energy vehicles; By referring to the IQS system and the specific features of new energy vehicles, the study also analyzes the build quality and design quality of new energy vehicles that consumers complain about and helps OEMs to enhance product quality management.
Tech Experience Index (TXI) section will be added in the 2020 NEVXI Study so as to provide more information about the quality and user experience of new technologies and new features in the current and future market.
