China Dealer Financing Satisfaction Study (DFS)

The J.D. Power China Dealer Financing Satisfaction StudySM examines the relationship between dealer satisfaction with automotive finance providers. The analysis focuses on understanding the product offering and service levels that result in higher dealer satisfaction. The study profiles auto finance providers as well as offers insight into the elements of a highly satisfied dealer experience. The study will enable automotive finance providers to identify and implement key performance metrics as the foundation for satisfaction improvement programs:
